SOLOMAN

PEDIGREE

Soloman is a two and a half year old cocker dog. He has won both a novice and open stake and recently shot to fame as the dog asked to run off against the winner of the 2001 cocker championship. He made a mistake and ran in, but many feel sure that if he had not he would have won. In consolation he was awarded guns choice. But one thing is for sure, he impressed a hell of a lot of people on that day.

I have once again been very careful with the genetics of this mating. As you can see from the pedigree, Solomon is from excellent lines, mainly from south Wales where he was bred by Mr Peter Jones, he is one of the foremost working dog breeders and trainers in the UK. It was Peter Jones and his bitch that placed second in this years championship.

As Soloman is only young he has not been over exposed to bitches in this part of England.

On Friday 28th December 2001. Soloman gained his FTCH status in a field trial at Dallowgill under a much esteemed judge who is also an authority on the working Cocker Mr Keith Erlandson. Apparently conditions were poor and the trial was held in a howling gale. Erlandson was reported to be extremely impressed with this dogs performance. I believe he is the hot favorite for the championships.

Mr Andrew Robinson, Solomon's owner and trainer now has a web site. Go and look, his dogs are fantastic.
